Starting July 1, 2026, every Wednesday at Snack & Sound we’ll be serving up live music, spicy tacos, and a festive atmosphere along the Aare River. Over 8 acts will provide the soundtrack to your midweek night—and on nights without concerts, the stage belongs to the Open Stage.

At our Snack&Sound event series, we particularly want to score points with regional musicians. Wherever the Thun musician TOM LEE plays and sings, his music ensures a good mood. A colorful mix of country, blues and rock, in English and in "Bärndütsch". There's something for everyone when TOM LEE strums his guitar.

With VELEEN, we’re bringing the funk to downtown Thun. She sings hits from a variety of genres, including soul, funk, pop, and rock, and brings glamour, soul, and positive vibes to our terrace.

At Snack & Sound, we consciously focus on strong voices from the region – and with Ramon Clau, we're bringing a true storyteller to our stage. His songs range from profound to dance floor, from big-city flair to personal connection. Whether solo or with a band, Clau captivates audiences with his charisma and musical diversity. From August 7–9, it’s time for #mägsehtsech at the Thunfest again. Packed with music, street food, and good vibes—and, as always, we’ll be right in the thick of it. Enjoy delicious treats straight from our food truck on Rathausplatz. “Come on by!”

This time, Snack & Sound is doing things a little differently: Tasco3k, one of the most exciting newcomers on Bern’s young rap scene, is coming to Thun, along with some of his friends from Bern’s newcomer scene. With dreamy beats, honest lyrics, and modern sounds, he moves somewhere between melancholy, a summer night, and a headphone playlist. His identity remains hidden—but his music speaks all the louder for it.
