The weather is cloudy and cold - high time for fondue in Thun! We are ready for the cheese season and welcome you to the "Fondühüsli" and "Fondüwäudli" pop-up.

From November 14, 2025, our popular "Fondüwäudli" pop-up in Thun will start its next season. During the cold winter months, you can enjoy spicy cheese fondue, tasty mulled wine and warming schnapps here - an unforgettable winter experience in Thun.

CHEESE FORK, WINTER JACKET & DIVING GOGGLES

Outside under the large umbrellas, protected from dancing snowflakes, between wood chips and tanndli, our "Fondüwäudli" is a unique winter highlight. Cuddly blankets and furs provide warmth and coziness - and if the worst comes to the worst: "Zämärütsche git Warm".

Take a look for yourself: Here in the "Fondüwäudli" in the middle of Thun, everyone will find a spot - even if you almost lose your bearings on the way. And if the journey in swimming gear is too risky for our Aare swimmer, we recommend it: Dress warmly and treat yourself to a little extra snack!
