In summer, it's a hustle and bustle on our Aare terrace. Not far from the crowded "Mühliplatz", you will find the somewhat quieter, quiet oasis on the Thun Riviera between the water and the old town. Here, far away from the city traffic, it's easy to be - what more could you want.
This summer, the focus is on creative burgers. A refreshing aperitif(l) is the perfect way to round off the day with friends and music. So let's get going! How about an aperitif break during the week?

Our Open Stage offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your talent in front of a small, enthusiastic audience in a relaxed plaza atmosphere. Ideal for young musicians who want to test their music in an intimate setting and develop their skills - without any pressure and just for fun! Whether singer-songwriters, bands or solo artists - all genres and styles are welcome!
Interested artists can apply to us now. Just send us a short description of your music, some audio samples and why you would like to be part of the program. We look forward to discovering and promoting the diverse musical talents of our region. Please note that participation in the Open Stage is free of charge. Our aim is to offer regional musicians a stage and to enliven Thun's city center.

Our kitchen crew has ventured into the recipe jungle & is bringing super creative burgers to the menu this summer. Have fun trying them out!

Grilled salmon fillet in a black bun with wasabi mayo, pickled ginger, nori chips, pak choi and cucumber
